A good number of years ago we had Premier provide & install a new fireplace. We were very pleased with result so, having moved house, we went to them again for a new gas fire & fireplace. Work was carried out in one day, very efficiently & with no fuss. The plastering is a work of art! A few minor issues have arisen which Julia dealt with swiftly & very efficiently. Highly recommended.

can’t recommend this company enough. We came across to Cardiff looking for a fireplaces somewhere else and happened to drive passed and spot Premier Fireplaces. The selection there is fantastic, the showroom is beautifully presented and you can get a real idea of what you’re looking for. I was lucky enough to speak with Julia who really helped me narrow down what I was hoping to achieve. Her product knowledge is second to none and I felt so much confidence in her that I knew this was a company I wanted to do business with. We went back a second time and settled on the Riva2 750HL gas fire and a Portuguese limestone surround with lights.
I also have to praise the fitters who gave me absolute confidence in what they were doing. The whole process with the Premier team has been professional and effortless.

Fantastic service. Premier had the contract for the fires and fireplaces in our new house. They just had to supply and fit the fire and surround we chose however, when there were complications with the position of the fire Julia stepped in and worked with the builders and fitters, going well above and beyond in order to deliver exactly what we wanted.
Her advice and eye for detail meant that we could be hands-off and leave it with her to sort having complete confidence in her commitment to getting the best result for us – and she has. Very happy with the result – thank you!
